About Us:
Rhythm Visions Production Company, Incorporated is committed to bringing year-round arts educational programs and professional productions to our communities. Since our founding, in 1996, Rhythm Visions has provided programs for more than 10,000 youth and their families in juvenile detention facilities, schools, hospitals, residential facilities, and other institutions; produced professional productions and exhibitions; and established several performance troupes. Rhythm Visions Production Company, Inc. was featured in the March 2007 issue of Ebony Magazine as one New York's Unsung Heroes. We enjoyed sold-out performances of our most recent productions – Black Tale, starring Rae Dawn Chong, at the New York LGBT Center and This Train is Bound for Glory (Winner of Best New Play Award in the Downtown Urban Theatre Festival) and Blue Fire on the Water (National Performers Network Commission).
