Renaissance Park II is a 56 unit, garden-style, gated condominium community ideally located in the heart of Atlanta, in the Fourth Ward West neighborhood of the Old Fourth Ward. We are surrounded by Renaissance Park with it's wonderful dog park and Central Park, which features athletic fields, basketball courts and tennis courts.
