Red River Valley Dance Association

Description:

Red River Valley Square and Round Dance Association was established on April 14,1963 with seven charter members, Vernoy and Ardella Johnson were elected as the first Presidents. On August 11,1963, we joined the Texas Federation of Square and Round Dancers. We Had seven clubs at that time ,we now have five clubs. The Red River Valley Square & Round dance association bought our current dance location in 1971, it was formerly a roller-skating rink, so we have nice wooden floors to dance on.

Square Dancing is good low impact exercise and good mental exercise. It is in an alcohol and smoke free environment.
