The Rahr-West An Museum is a community art museum with the primary purpose to preserve, collect, exhibit, educate about and interpret the visual arts, it preserves the 19th, 20th. and 2lst century an with a primary focus on American An. for the citizens of Manitowoc and the community of Northeast Wisconsin.

The Rahr-West Art Museum fosters an appreciation and understanding of the visual arts, as well as the cultural history of the area through sponsorship of educational programs, exhibition of its collections and exhibitions of other arts for the benefit and enrichment of the community.
