About Us:
The Quechee Lakes Company is Quechee's largest residential real estate firm and has set the standard for building luxury residential properties in Vermont. It is owned by an affiliate of Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC of Boston, Massachusetts, an international real estate company.
Taurus initially purchased the majority interest in 2005, and purchased the remaining interest in the winter of 2007. The company's principals also own second homes in Quechee.
The Quechee Lakes Company's management team has decades of experience in the development and management of luxury residential properties. Their commitment to quality, service, and excellence has made Quechee Lakes Vermont's preeminent second home destination.
