Princeton Skatepark

Anderson Street
Princeton, IL 61356

The Princeton Skate Park Committee hosted its first official fundraiser Saturday, June 11, 2005, at Precision Wash in Princeton. An 18-month, $60,000 fundraising campaign began to raise the money to build a skate park in Princeton. It was the dream and goal of a classroom of young people with the assistance of their teacher, Kaye Pearson to bring a skate park to the community

The Skate Park Committee's efforts in fund raising and planning made the skate park a reality.

The Skate Park Committee was assisted by numerous volunteers, organizations and community members who donated their time and money to support the project. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kaye Pearson and the Skate Park Committee for the vision they had and for working with the youth of Princeton.
