Who We Are
 The Pilot Rock Public provides free services to all residents living within the Pilot Rock city/county boundaries, with services available to all other for a fee.
We are a member of the Sage Library System of Eastern Oregon. The Sage Library System is a consortium of 77 member libraries in fifteen counties of eastern and central Oregon. It has a combined catalog of academic, public, school, and special libraries.
The library is also a member of the Umatilla County Special Library District. The UCSLD provides funding for each of the 12 public libraries in the county in order that they may provide services to their residents.

Our Mission
The mission of the Pilot Rock Public Library is to provide library resources and services necessary to meet the educational, recreational, and informational needs of the public. The library attempts to serve the needs of all library district residents regardless of age, race, creed, national origin and political and social views.
