Pigeon District Library will be an accessible community resource and a center of intellectual and cultural technology serving all ages in Chandler, McKinley and Winsor Townships, the Village of Pigeon, the surrounding five minimum contract townships and Elkton-Pigeon-Bay Port Laker Schools.
