Phil Harris Golf Course

Highway 54 East
Linton, IN 47441

812-847-4790

Phil Harris Golf Course is managed by PGA Professional Bart Beard. The course is the home of the annual Phil Harris Scholarship Golf Tournament. This tournament helps to raise money for scholarships awarded to one or more Linton-Stockton High School seniors annually.

The Fairway watering system, installed in 1986, sets this golf course apart from its competitors. The course was a privately-operated 9-hole country club in the earlier part of the 1930s. The city of Linton purchased this course in 1936 and was expanded to the present 18-holes in the mid-1950s.
