Petworth Recreation Center sits in a community-oriented neighborhood off of Georgia Avenue is a smaller site with great amenities. It can brag as having one of the best kids? spray parks in the city, two playgrounds, basketball courts and a small green space for kite flying, a pickup game of soccer and the annual Summer Jazz Concerts on the lawn.
