About Us:

Peabody Heights is one of the first breweries to be opened within the city limits in over 30 years. It is named after the original name of Charles Village, the neighborhood in which it now sits. The brewery produced its first batches in December 2012 and is owned and operated by Baltimore-native entreprenuers and investors.

Our location is steeped in Baltimore sports history. The site was home of the minor-league Baltimore Orioles franchise from 1916 through 1944. Just across 29th street stood an earlier incarnation of Oriole Park, where a promising young pitcher named Babe Ruth played as a minor leaguer before being sold to the Red Sox.
