PCC Salud Family Health Center

On April 8, 2013, PCC Salud Family Health Center moved into the newly renovated facility located 5359 W. Fullerton Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639. The facility includes a larger patient waiting and registration area, newly renovated exam rooms, offices and restrooms, as well as new windows, flooring, lighting, plumbing, roof, heating and cooling system, and building entrances with signage.  As a result of the  renovations, PCC Salud Family Health Center is expected to meet the requirements for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver certification from the U.S. Green Buildings Council.
