Paulaner Brauhaus And Restaurant NYC

265/267 Bowery
New York, NY 10002

Paulaner Brauhaus & Restaurant NYC, one of the pioneers of New York's up and coming micro brewery scene, uniquely blends history and tradition with a sense of cheerful relaxation and commraderie - or Gemuetlichkeit. Located in the Bowery, on Manhattan's Lower Eastside, the neighborhood is known for being home to an ecletic array of immigrants, artists, bohemians and people from all walks of life. Like its neighborhood, Paulaner Brauhaus & Restaurant NYC celebrates the local culture and global interconnectedness.

The building itself was once home to the famous Sammy's Follies Cabaret, known as the "Stork Club of the Bowery" in the 1940's and 50's. At Paulaner Brauhaus & Restaurant NYC you will find a unique atmosphere that combines style and design elements from Sammy's Follies' past, with the casual, relaxed ambience of the original brassieries of Munich, and the convivial sense of community found in traditional Bavarian beer halls and biergartens.
