Paterson's Lazy Acres Tree Farm

1315 188th Street North East
Arlington, WA 98223

For over 40 years, families have made it a holiday tradition to choose and cut their own Christmas trees at Paterson’s Lazy Acres Tree Farm in Arlington, WA. In the 1950’s Paterson’s was a strawberry farm.  In the 1960’s it became a cattle farm with over 40 head.  Then in the 1970’s, Linda Paterson’s father decided to start a Christmas tree farm as a retirement project.

Linda Paterson has carried on the tradition ever since.  They have a wide variety to choose from, Douglas Firs, Grand Firs, Noble Firs, Fraser Firs and Norway Spruce. There is ample parking, enough room for 70 cars.  They have hand saws available and cardboard to kneel on if it’s raining.  Unlike some neighboring tree lots, they’re located on a hill so they never flood.  Assistance for cutting and carrying is available on the weekends.
