The Pascagoula Farmers Market is a community-based organization intended to support local farmers and producers, to foster a community activity, to promote the sale of fresh home-grown foods, to encourage environmental and nutritional awareness, and to stimulate local entrepreneurs and the business of Pascagoula.
As of July 2012, the Pascagoula Farmers Market is a Certified Mississippi Farmers Market. This designation was earned through the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.
