Mission:

The purpose of the Panama City Center for the Arts is to foster excellence, diversity and vitality of the visual arts, to broaden the availability and appreciation of such excellence, diversity, and vitality through education and exhibitions, and to serve as a source of information about the arts, activities and events in Northwest Florida. The Panama City Center for the Arts shall serve the needs of and enhance opportunities for visual artists and assure them of an integral role in policy development and programming.
