About Us:

The Otis H. Chidester Museum, located in sunny Tucson, Arizona, is pleased to exhibit one of the largest collections of Scouting memorabilia in the world.

Otis was the oldest continually active Scout in the country, getting started in Scouting in 1912. The object of the Museum is the collection, preservation, organization, and exhibition of written, photographic, audio and other physical records, artifacts and memorabilia relating to the Boy Scouts of America, with an emphasis on Scouting in southern Arizona and the Southwest.
