Goals:
Become the best used and best supported public library in Wisconsin.
Establish an "electronic branch" in every home, workplace and classroom with connections to the Internet through the effective use of technology and electronic information resources.
Insure that library services - both online and direct, have a high level of human touch and promote a sense of community.
Provide the leadership to ensure that every child is read to at least 20 minutes a day and that every adult will be able to read at least at an 8th grade level.
