Mission

Create and nurture a farmer's market that: Brings a coalition of farmers, gardeners, crafters and consumers together in a community-based market; Identify community champions in local business and civic organizations that can be active and dedicated in their support; Ensure an atmosphere of superior quality, exceptional prices and an opportunity to talk wth the person who grows and makes the products; Encompass and provide education of the priomary goals of sustainable agriculture including:

-Providing more profitable farm income

-Promoting environmental stewardship, including protecting and improving soil quality, reducing dependence on non-renewable resources

-Minimizing adverse impacts on safety, wildlife, water quality and other environmental resources.
