Optimist Dog Park

About Us:

Optimist Park is located between West Garfield and Spruce streets. It contains two picnic shelters (one of which has restrooms attached), a basketball court, playground and a soccer field.

Dog Park at Optimist Park Has Re-Opened:

The off leash dog area at Optimist Park has re-opened to the public due to improving conditions. We appreciate your patience during the recent closure. To continue to protect our community asset, the dog friendly off leash area at Optimist Park will be temporarily closed during muddy and snowy conditions to mitigate the impacts to existing vegetation within the fenced area.
