Only Child Brewing Company

Only Child Brewing Company is a small batch, family owned & operated brewery in Chicago's North Shore.  As a Husband & Wife team, (Ben & Amanda Rossi) we put our heads & hearts together to bring our passion to your glasses & it is very plain to see that all of our beers are brewed with artistry & a great deal of care.  My Dad (Randy Rossi) at age 64 even plays a part in production as he heads all packaging & bottling operations at our facility.  We really do keep it in the family! Originally brewed in small (micro) facility in Northbrook, Only Child Brewing now calls Gurnee home. Alongside an expansion in production space a Tap Room has been added where guests can enjoy the freshest Only Child brew possible. If you can't make it to Gurnee to visit don't worry, we drop our beers off super fresh, as no bottle is even 24 hours old yet by the time it reaches shelves, at various retail locations across the suburbs and city. We strive to be a premier, artisanal brewery that provides its fans with the most unique, fresh, & uncompromising craft beer out there.  Brew Passionately, Love Endlessly.
