Old Town Bowie Welcome Center

Built in 1929, the Bowie Building Association now contains local area visitor information, hands on activities for children, and exhibits on the history of Old Bowie and its past as a close-knit local railroad community.

The Welcome Center hosts a number of family-oriented events over the year, including “Kids Kaboose” for youngsters and the annual Trainspotting day each November. Admission is free; donations are welcomed.
