The Ojai Valley Library Friends and Foundation (OVLFF) is dedicated to building community support to advance and ensure the public library's unique role as a vibrant center for lifelong learning and enrichment for Ojai Valley residents of all ages and backgrounds. OVLFF seeks to extend and enhance high-quality library services throughout the community beyond the limited level public funding now supports.

We envision our libraries as community centers that create the broadest possible public awareness of and access to print and electronic materials. Our intent is to encourage literacy, promote the joy of reading and provide a basis for informed decision-making.

We envision OVLFF playing a leadership role in advocating public and private support, creating synergy throughout the Ojai Valley library network, fostering library skills and furthering citizen participation as patrons and volunteers to meet the cultural, recreational, informational and educational needs and aspirations of the community.
