About Us:

Northport Brewing opened it's doors at the end of June of 2014 with great enthusiasm from our community and visitors to our beautiful area.  The tiny brewery and taproom are located directly in the center of historic Northport two blocks from G Marsten Dame Marina.   The Taproom features a huge patio with a covered stone fireplace positioned right at the intersection of Waukazoo St and Nagonaba St so visitors can enjoy the quaint atmosphere of Northport while sipping beer made on site.   Husband and Wife Scott and Pamela Cain own and operate the business and strive to use as many Michigan grown and made products as possible in their beer, food, and apparel.  The beer menu features both Belgian and American Style ales with many recipes built around local ingredients like cherries, apples, honey, and maple syrup.  Currently Collin Gaudard serves as the brewer and has crafted over 20 recipes that have appeared on the taproom beer menu.
