About Us:

North Pitt High School is located in northern Pitt County, and serves a large geographic region "North of the River". Founded in 1970, the school has an excellent history of academic achievement, as well as athletics. Known as the Panthers.

North Pitt High School is a school with esteemed history. We are proud of the fact that our school has increased academic gains and has continued to increase the graduation rate over the past few years. Our students have been performing at or above state expectations; which is also an accomplishment we are proud of.

Our faculty works very hard to meet the needs of all of our students; but without our parents and community supporting our school, our students would not be able to perform as well as they have been. I would like to personally thank each member of our educational community for working as a team to ensure our students do well.
