Our Mission

Our mission is to make the community we serve a better place to live. Through programs and activities, we strive to enrich and strengthen families; provide wholesome, supervised recreation; offer positive learning, leadership and character development opportunities; and promote wellness for all people, regardless of ability to pay.

Who We Serve

Established in 1955, we have a long history of providing programs and services for children, teens, seniors, families and those with special needs in the North Penn, Indian Valley, and Perkiomen Valley communities. We service 16,000 members at three facilities located in Lansdale, Harleysville, and Franconia Township. Plus, we provide on-site childcare at schools in two local school districts and offer outreach programs in multiple locations.

Our Values

Our YMCA programs teach the core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility and continue our tradition of emphasis upon youth, health and wellness, and meeting needs in the community we serve. We have always grown from within its community and is a reflection of the community itself in diversity and values. We are an open and inclusive organization and welcomes people of all races, religions, incomes and abilities.
