About Us:

The North Haven Library – the oldest cultural organization on the island – is a free library open to the entire community and visitors. We have a diverse collection of books and magazines, as well as some DVDs, videos, and books-on-tape. There is a childrens room, a young adult section, non-fiction and biographies, books on Maine, mysteries, and other fiction, new and old. Two computer workstations and free WiFi for patrons supplement our small reference room.

The Library is principally funded by donations from the community, with a small additional subsidy provided by the Town of North Haven. Each summer, the Library hosts the North Haven Art Show, which is another funding source for library operating costs.
