North End Urban Arts Festival

204 East 21st Street North
Wichita, KS 67214

Our mission is to provide vibrant, high quality urban arts festival that engages and benefits the Wichita North End community, along with local artists, crafters, musicians and performers. The festival will be a free community event, open to the public, where all are welcome to come and experience Wichita's urban arts.

Hosted in Wichita's North End District, there will be three primary areas of the festival grounds: an Urban Arts Live Display, Street Food Gallery, and The Market. At the Urban Arts Live Display several community artist and activist will put on a display of their talents, including a skateboarding demonstration and competition, an urban gardening workshop, live street art creation, and an arts workshop. A stage will be provided, on which local bands of several genres will perform throughout the event. The Street Food Gallery will be host to food trucks and street food vendors, enabling those who attend a taste of the wide varieties of foods available in Wichita. In The Market there will be the Fine Arts Row, a long exhibit line dedicated to painters and photographers to display and sell their works; and the Crafter's Market, which will be an area where artisans with larger works will be able to set up booths to display their crafts and sell their wares.
