About Us:
Noon Whistle Brewing is founded by three lifelong friends who share a passion for great beer and great company. Now, we want to share this passion with you. our idea started three years ago when Paul enrolled at the Siebel Institute and took the first step into professional brewing. Paul had been in the beer industry, working for a local distributor for 7 years. But he knew his passion was in brewing. This first step immediately solidified paul's passion for brewing and fueled his dream to become a professional brewer.
So one night Jim, Mike, and Paul decided to do a little research and take a t rip to as many local breweries that they could hit within 48 hours. This was the start of our concept - the beginning of our brewery. While visiting breweries, the guys realized their desire to demystify the brewing process. why not make it more real, more impactful to the experience? their brewery would be an open air concept with a sensory experience - to see the equipment and brewing process first hand. Being up close and personal with the equipment and brewers is a cool experience. The brewing process will be part of the experience of enjoying the beer.
Ideas are great and the guys Knew what they wanted, but where to begin? The three worked together to create a business plan and then set out to raise money. it turns out that Brewing equipment is damn expensive, and this was one of the biggest challenges they faced while pursuing The Vision Behind Noon Whistle. With ups and downs along the way, the challenges overcome helped to solidify the dream and stoke the fire behind what would become noon whistle brewing.
Paul had been going to Marquette, WI since he was a kid and had a tradition built around the town whistle. When the whistle goes off at noon, it's time to crack open a beer. This tradition is not just about the beer, but it is about the camaraderie, good company, family and friends, and the creation of memories - and beer is a common factor that can bring people together.
Noon Whistle believes that enjoying a good beer is about enjoying life and its moments. This is one of the reasons why this brewery concentrates on session beers. Let us enjoy the time we have with our friends and families, make new friends along the way and have great memories of it all.
