About Us:
FMNP provides food, health care referrals and nutrition education at no cost to low income women and their children who may be at nutritional risk. Qualifying women include pregnant, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and children from four months to five years. SFMNPprovides low-income individuals 60 years of age and older with coupons to purchase nutritional foods to enhance their diet.
