Story:

New Glory's founder, Julien Lux is originally from France. Prior to opening New Glory, he had multiple jobs that were not too exciting. He yearned for something he could have a passion for so work wouldn't feel much like work at all. While climbing the work industry ladder, he landed a job at a local beverage distribution company in Sacramento.
It was at this company that he fell in love with beer. Not only the product, but the way of life, and how much Americans love beer! He always knew he loved wine (being French and all), but never knew how much beer would soon turn his life around.

In 2008, Julien invested in some equipment he could use to brew beer in his garage. This became a hobby and a passion. Batches were small, but tasted oh so good. That is when the talk started of opening up a brewery. At first, the idea seemed almost impossible, but with the people he had supporting him, he knew it could become a reality. Everyone agreed that Sacramento needed more great beer.New Glory's homebrewed beer made its debut at Julien, and his wife Erica's wedding. All of the guests loved it. It was gone before the wine and champagne! Who would have thought? This was the final push Julien needed to know he had a good thing. The idea took off from there, and there was no stopping it.

Currently, the brewery has a steam-powered 15BBL system. We currently have three 40BBL fermenters and one 40BBL bright beer tank. This allows us to brew 120BBL every 10 days. We look forward to growing into our space even more.
