New Boston Fourth of July Celebration

The New Boston 4th of July Celebration is a cherished tradition not only in New Boston, but for people in near and far who come to celebrate year after year. The event kicks-off with a country benefit Barn Dance on Saturday, June 22nd at the Hillsborough County Youth Center Foundation (fairgrounds) .

On Thursday, July 4th, the day commences with the tolling of church bells as the famed parade steps-off from High Street and winds down thru the middle of town. The award-winning parade features patriotic bands, antique cars and hand-pumped fire engines, New Boston's infamous street floats and much more!

The Celebration commences with the firing of the Revolutionary War-era Molly Stark Cannon at the Hillsborough County Youth Center Foundation (fairgrounds), and the day-long event features food, games, entertainment, music and a whole lot of fun for the entire family! As dark settles in, grab a blanket and enjoy the best fireworks around!
