Nakoma Park

The City of Madison Engineering Division maintains the greenway (open channel drainage way) in Nakoma Park across the street from your property. We have recently inventoried the trees and determined many to be dead, dying, or undesirable and not compatible with the drainage function.

Over the coming winter we shall bring in a Contractor to remove approximately 25 trees within the area depicted on the enclosed map. All trees to be removed are marked with white paint. This work will occur over the winter to provide for minimal disturbance to the drainageway.
