Murfreesboro Strike and Spare is a 36 lane, 2 level bowling center with 24 lanes upstairs and 12 lanes downstairs located in the heart of Murfreesboro TN. We are within 5 minutes of MTSU's Campus, and have been in this location for over 55 years. We offer bowling, arcades, food, beer, and a full bar. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year. We are mainly an open bowling facility, we have no full house leagues, so there are always lanes available for open bowling from open to close.

We have very affordable and very competitive pricing especially Sunday through Thursday. We have very fun, very easy, and very affordable birthday parties. We offer unique Corporate Party packages especially with our 12 lanes downstairs. We are truly an entertainment facility and we would love for you to be our guest here.
