Multi-County Medical Outreach Clinic

The Wolf Lake Free Health Care Inc, was established to serve the uninsured population. Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, VA Benefits or Insurance, regardless of the deductible, are not eligible for services provided by the Clinic.

The Wolf Lake Free Health, Inc. will do as much as possible with our limited resources to provide the needed care for our patients. If the Clinic cannot provide services needed, the Clinic will work with the patient to refer him or her to possible sources of health care. We will make calls to outside agencies to arrange referrals for the patient. If referrals are made on the patient's behalf, the patient wil be responsive for any co-pays or fees incurred- We wfl provide the patient with the necessary guidelines for referrals.
