Mount Hood Community College Rock Wall

History:
Since 1992 Mt. Hood Community College Rock Wallhas provided students and the public the opportunity to learn and develop rock climbing skills. The was built by a group of student activity leaders and recreation staff. Rock climbing has become a welcome addition to the HPE curriculum and is a popular activity for both the college population and the surrounding community. Dynamic partnership and the collaborative efforts of the faculty, staff, and community organizations energize, diversify, and broaden the learning experiences available to the MHCC community.
