Mt. Arvon is Michigan's Highest Point standing at 1,979.238 feet above sea level. It is located in the rugged backwoods of Michigan's Upper Peninsula in beautiful Baraga County, approx. 27 driving miles from L'Anse, Michigan. When you reach the parking lot you are within 300 feet from the top. After you sign in at the register, to the North of the top there is a short walk to a panoramic view of Lake Superior.
