About:
Farm to table food and wine are very important to the philosophy of Montaluce, more specifically, local food and wine. We believe that the enjoyment and sharing of food and wine builds community, especially if it is sourced from within the community itself. That is why we not only produce wine that is grown in our own back yard, but we also grow much of the produce used in the restaurant on the property. What we don't produce ourselves, we strive to find within or nearby our community. We want to be able to provide our customers with local, sustainable foods as well as provide the local artisans and farmers with an outlet for their hard work.
At the beautiful Le Vigne Restaurant, situated high above the vineyards, guests will discover a dedication to honoring the flavors of our region throughout each of the four seasons in a menu that changes regularly to reflect the best of what is available. Our open view kitchen is the perfect space to allow our clients to watch us prepare everything from unique small-plates, house-cured charcuterie and local cheeses to succulent vegetables and slow-roasted meats. Inspired by the belief that food brings people together in more ways than one, the cuisine at Le Vigne reflects an appreciation for deep flavors and simple, approachable dishes meant to be enjoyed with a glass of wine and the comfort of community.
