Monroe Board and Blade Park

A street plaza that mimics the elements, materials and diversity found in urban skate spots is proposed to serve as a financial, recreational and visual asset to the community. 

The proposed street plaza will function as a regional destination by offering a unique alternative to the ramp oriented parks commonly found in Washington.
