Mississippi Children`s Music Theater

Do you want to see your child's artistic vein explored not only by a school, but by an artistic company at the same time? Our shows are entirely made by the children, instructed and guided by professional artists. At the MS Children's Music Theater the student/artist is engaged in several different activities involving the production of a musical show.

Children have surprising ways of showing their personalities. The MCMT wants to help them develop their character into artistic leadership. In a dynamic and fast-paced entertainment world, we want to foster in our kids a sense of artistic excellence that is also committed to a fun outcome, a result of an integral creative education.

Students are engaged in diverse activities that give them the opportunity to learn different aspects of the production of a musical show. Be it playing and instrument, singing, designing, or stage managing, our students have the chance to see the big picture while perfecting their specific skills.
