Mississippi Armed Forces Museum

The Mississippi Armed Forces Museum is Mississippi's only state-operated Museum dedicated exclusively to military history. In 2001, the Museum moved from a small. World War ll-era recreational hall to a 16,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. The Museum houses over 15,000 artifacts, representing all branches of the military. Through unique exhibits and dioramas, visitors can "walk through time" and experience Mississippi military history.
