Our mission: "The mission of the Minoa Free Library is to enhance the quality of life for our citizens and visitors by providing resources, print and electronic, that educate, enlighten and entertain. The library also recognizes a need to welcome children to discover the pleasures of reading and the value of the public library."  

Our vision: "The vision of the Minoa Free Library is to continue to be a community meeting-place of materials and minds, and, with its resources and staff, help today's youth become tomorrow's leaders."
