Camp in the quiet campground, and boat and fish on the blue waters of Millsite Reservoir. Golf on a nearby golf course or bring off-highway vehicles and mountain bikes to enjoy miles of trails in nearby Ferron Canyon.

Millsite State Park offers access to great off-highway vehicle and mountain bike riding areas. Fishing is open year-round. A eighteen-hole, public golf course is adjacent to the park.

Millsite Reservoir is part of the Ferron Watershed Project, a multipurpose water containment completed in 1970 with the combined efforts of several agencies. Before the dam was built, there was an old dam at the site to service a flourmill, hence the reservoir name.
