Middlefield Golf Course is a beautiful, 18-hole executive public course located in Cottage Grove, Oregon. The course has easy access from Interstate 5 by taking the Cottage Grove exit (exit 174). The course is a challenging 18 -hole executive course surrounded by mature landscaping.

The course is a 5002 yard par 67 course. The City of Cottage Grove purchased Middlefield Golf Course in December, 2006 and continues to operate the course.
