Founded in 1957, Meredith Long & Co. was one of the first art galleries in the nation to champion the rebirth of interest in 19th and 20th century American Art. In addition to dealing with museums, Meredith Long & Co. has been instrumental in the formation of many important private collections. The gallery represents a significant group of contemporary artists of regional and national importance. Meredith Long and Co. purchases individual paintings from collectors and purchases and/or represents entire estates. Situated in a large two-story building in Houston's prime location for over 35 years.
