As the Sisters of Mercy before us, we bring to life the healing ministry of Jesus through our compassionate care and exceptional service.
We are the people of Mercy Health Ministry. Together, we are pioneering a new model of care. We will relentlessly pursue our goal to get healthcare right. Everywhere and every way that Mercy serves, we will deliver a transformative health experience.
Founded in 1871, Mercy, named one of the top five large U.S. health systems in 2016 by Truven, an IBM company, serves millions annually. Mercy includes 45 acute care and specialty (heart, children’s, orthopedic and rehab) hospitals, more than 700 physician practices and outpatient facilities, 40,000 co-workers and more than 2,000 Mercy Clinic physicians in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Mercy also has outreach ministries in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
Mercy is the seventh largest Catholic health care system in the U.S. serving millions of people annually.
We want to provide you with a great Mercy experience, which begins with the highest quality health care, delivered by an experienced team of medical professionals who also happen to be your friends and neighbors.
We believe great care should never be far from home. That’s why we provide a 78-bed, acute-care, general medical/surgical facility that is fully accredited by the Joint Commission. Our facility, completed in 1999, was designed with you in mind and features recent expansions to the emergency room, medical/surgical unit and the Curry Cancer Center.
