Mercy Care Services operates the second-floor clinic of the 24/7 Gateway Center (Gateway) providing non-emergency medical services to homeless persons. The Gateway is a 24-hour facility offering comprehensive services to chronically homeless persons of Atlanta. It originated as a successful collaboration of the Regional Commission on Homelessness, United Way, local foundations and numerous local agencies. In addition to providing medical care, Mercy Care Services' case managers offer mental health assessment and referral.
