Memorial Arena provides full arena seating, sound system, scoreboard, locker rooms, and concessions area.

Adjacent to Memorial Arena is the Citizens Arena Improvement Association's (CAIA) North Rink.  The North Rink provides a second artificial ice rink and is operated under a joint agreement between the City of Roseau and the CAIA/Roseau Youth Hockey Association.  The North Rink provides an artificial ice rink, 14 locker rooms, scoreboards, and heated/non-heated spectator viewing areas.

Both arenas are available to the community for youth and high school hockey programs as well as public skating.
