About:
The McKinley & Railroad Parks neighborhood is named after the two parks located in the neighborhood. McKinley Park was established in 1955 and Railroad Park in 1972. The primary character of the neighborhood remains single family housing with homes built in the 1940s and 1950s and a mix of owner-occupied and rental units. The neighborhood’s assets include the Mississippi River Trail, which is a part of the Beaver Island trail system in St. Cloud, and provides easy access to employment, entertainment, and services in St. Cloud’s Downtown, University area, and West End.
