McKenzie Park is an important neighborhood park unit in that its service area is quite large, especially the area lying to the west. Given their proximity to each other, the relationship between McKenzie and Victoria-Evergreen is quite significant. Working in concert with each other, both active and passive recreational opportunities can be provided for the nearby residents. McKenzie’s focus is on meeting the more active park needs of this area.
